Speaker Stand for Edifier R1700(BT)

A 3D printable speaker stand for the Edifier R1700(BT) Hifi speakers.

The purpose of this speaker stand (as with any speaker stand) is to raise the Hifi speaker from the desk and slightly angle it upwards so the sound wave can pass through better and therefore minimize the resonance from desk surface.

Features

The stand is designed to use the least amount of material while still giving the speakers a firm stand. Despite the speaker stand having only walls it by no means will make it sound hollow. It rather improves the sound image by reducing the amount of sound waves hitting the desk which then resonates and can cause slightly muddier sound.

Instruction

1. Download the model and load it into your prefered slicer
    
2. Slice the model and print it
    
3. Optional: you can put on 4 rubber bumpons with a diameter of 8mm
