Mario or Mario Kart Trophy

We take Mario Kart live a little too seriously in our house, so I spent way too much time putting together some themed trophies. Saw a similar idea somewhere on google but they didn't share their STL so I made my own improved version using one of the many blocks, pipes, and a Mario available on thingiverse. and a free version of the font. 

Mario is not attached so you can easily replace the kart with another Mario or Super Mario themed item!

Printing Notes:

• Uploaded model size is smallest recommended due to details, size up from there. 
• Mario is separate from the trophy body. Print Mario with Kart bottom flat on bed and glue to trophy body. 
• Supports are an absolute nightmare to remove from Mario, recommended to use minimal considerably around the steering wheel (I placed blockers there) and be very delicate with pressure when removing as small details are likely to break. 
• Resize before separating Mario and laying him flat on print bed. 
• Pipe requires minimal supports around the rim. 
• Align seems in rear. 
• Minimal infill required.

• 100% scale for 3rd Place Mika3D Copper Silk PLA (approx. 2 hours)
• 150% scale for 2nd Place Mika3D Silver Silk PLA (approx. 5 hours)
• 175% scale for 1st Place Mika3D Gold Silk PLA (approx. 9 hours)
