It fits Diana Mod.5 perfectly without any need to modify the airpistol itself. There are 2 M4 threaded holes to make sure it wont fall off and so everything is aligned correctly.

Diana Mod.5 is an old airpistol and i wanted to give mine a new life. As the pistol itself is rather large, a buttstock really matched it well and it looks very nice.

I can upload the fusion 360 file if requested

I recommend using ASA plastic to print these, then you only need 4 walls and 5 walls on the critical parts (where it attaches to the endcap)

Printing:

  1. Layer height - 0,28 (IMPORTANT - you have to use lower layer height for the threaded part as its angled when printing - 0.12)
  2. Walls - 4-6 walls for strength
  3. Infill - 10-15%  Triangle infill, important for strength!

Takes about 15h to print

You might have to use sandpaper to get a better fit between part and end cap, don't force it in as this might crack the wall. Mine is strong enough to pick it up by the buttstock and hold it straight out.
