Quick coupling ARCA-Swiss style for tripod

---- Update: I made a small modification the the design.

I needed a coupling device to mount my camera with an ARCA-Swiss style base plate on my tripod.
 

I also added a simple model for the base plate (without mounting screw...)

---- I also added a design for a flash mount. This mount can also be used for mounting on a normal tripod screw.

BE AWARE:
I designed this object for the base plate sold by "Peak Design" to be used with their "Capture" belt-clip. I did not test it with other brand base plates.

Print the base plate upside-down to avoid supports.
