Condition tokens - tabletop

I have designed some and made these dwarven condition tokens for my tabletop game so I can check and track the conditions of my players. Since we dont use normal minis so i wanted something to give to the players directly.

I have added recently some new tokens like Advantage, disadvantage, bardic inspiration and concentration tokens.
