Ben Franklin designed clock with added six 683ZZ ball bearings and 3mm stainless steel rods to the design as to reduce friction in the clock. Use rod clips as keepers for the 3mm smooth rod. I redid the faces for this clock awhile back if you would rather use it as the numbering and such is inset : https://www.printables.com/model/11105-ben-franklin-clock-dials. You'll also have to come across some string for the weights.
