This tray is a resized remix of @sblomfield trays for the Commercial Chef CCD100W6 / Westinghouse WFD100 utilizing infill meshing. It is sized to fit precisely between the stacked plastic trays which come with the dehydrator.
Top and bottom snap fit like the original model and it is extremely difficult to non-destructively separate once snapped together.
Print using 0 top and 0 bottom layers. I used 30 percent rectilinear infill which creates a fine enough mesh to prevent desiccant from getting through. 60 percent triangles infill should also work if you prefer that look. I used a 0.50mm nozzle and needed to use 8 wall loops/perimeters to ensure that the was connected properly. You can probably use half as many walls for the tray itself.
The dehydrator goes up to 158°F (70°C), so print out of HTPLA, PETG, or another material with the proper heat deflection temperatures to withstand the dehydrator.
The model photo is printed with FusionFilaments Nuclide Natural PETG which is frankly, too beautiful for such a basic use. See their HTPET+ variant of this color linked below.
