Sunny Exercise Bike End Cap

The end caps for the feet on the Sunny SF-B1002, are, well, awful.  They fall out constantly and are a general nuisance.  What I have made is an upgraded end cap that no longer has a cutout in the middle, and has an additional rib for extra grip.

Print Settings

• Your pick on filament - I used PLA
• With supports for overhangs
  • These are a bit of a pain to clean up, just use a pair of needle nose 
  • It doesn't need to be perfect, it will end up inside the bike
• Print face down

Installation

• Line it up square to the bike and knock it in straight - that's it! It's a nice tight fit.
