Biqu H2 KUSBA 2 (adxl345) adapter

Hey,

This is very simple adapter for Biqu H2 (V2) extruder to mount KUSBA 2 on top of it.
I've printed in PETG with 50% infill, but any other material should be fine as well.

2x - M3 8mm screws to mount adapter to extruder

2x - M3 4mm (or longer) screws to mount KUSBA to adapter

2x - M3 4x4mm (or longer) brass insert to place in adapter.
