Original model with additional baskets and spacer ring can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/301419-pearl-supreme-watch-cleaning-basket
I printed the original basket for a friend who needed a replacement for his cleaning machine. He use the original mesh baskets with it and it works really well (huge thanks for muddtt for the perfect fitting design), but he said to me that it makes a lot of foam in the first cleaning phase. He thought it's because of the holes and the original design would be better with just simple columns. It is a bit more difficult to print, but with the organic supports came out really nice.
At the moment i can't send it for a live test, but it works with printable baskets and spacer ring just like with the original and all sizes remained the same. Hopefully this will make a bit fewer foam in chemicals.
I used PETG because he don't use the heater on full temperature, but with higher temperatures it's recomended to use ABS. Without the heater PETG more than enough, PLA isn't recomended because of chemicals and high temperature.
Print it with 3 perimeters and at least 3 bottom and top. Support needed. .2 layer height with .4 nozzle.
