Minecraft ore night light or accent light

This is an 80mm (3.14") Minecraft ore block (simple, old school) light cover.  I used a puck light I got from a discount store for a dollar, and it will fit over these light pucks.

It uses dovetails to fasten together.  If you have an issue with elephant's foot, you'll need to reign it in as much as possible for a good fit.  The diffusion panel is full size and snaps into place.  The diffuser panel and the sides and top have bevels so they fit together well only one way; backwards they will fall out.  A white light may be used with colored panels if you don't want to use colored lights.  The fit is tight and may require a mallet to seat fully.  Take that into account if you plan to use different diffusers as it can be a pain to get apart if you have to tap it together.  The base may be changed to adapt to other light sources.  I'm looking for a suitable plug-in light solution to adapt to save on batteries.  I suppose the bottom may be adapted to connect to a string of lights for a party/holiday décor item also.

There is some light leakage, I'm working on a solution (small chamfered lip?).
