I was pretty amazed by the initial model and got addicted immediately - however, I was unhappy with how smooth the narrow sides were. So I added some grooves there, to get another haptic and make it easier to rotate them sideways.
Magnets dimensions are: 12 x 6 x 3mm
Another part I had my fair share of trouble with trying to print many at once, was that the new magnets would start to push away the already assembled parts, making them lose adhesion. On top of that, my printer didn't Pause for M601, so I had to write my own .gcode to move the print head out of the way to insert the magnets and I don't think everyone can do that. That's why I cut it in half, to make it easy to assemble post-print. Also makes for an easy color-change halfway-through!
Depending on your printer's calibration the fit might be snug enough to be held by the magnets themselves, but to make sure, you can add a drop of super glue when assembling both halves - making sure the magnet's orientation is correct is also easier when off the printbed. Ironing (the setting in PrusaSlicer, not actual ironing 😁) the top layers will likely improve the fit.
