Levitating tooth with dental mirror - You would be very pleased with your dentist with this model!
You need a 25x5mm magnet for the mirror and 2 pieces of 20x5mm magnets for the tooth model - these will be inserted into the model during printing so that they are hidden, I am adding g.code with printing interruption, for inserting the magnets.
WARNING!!! Stick the magnet on the tooth while inserting it, because it got stuck on my extruder!
Pay attention to the correct polarity! You attach the tooth to the stand with a thin transparent cable, for example fishing line, the length according to the need and the strength of the magnets.
When printing the handle of the mirror, set more perimeters, at least 5, so that the force of the magnets does not bend the handle
Make a knot at the end of the fiber and insert it into the body of the tooth, the length of the fiber with this strength of the magnets was about 75mm. Similarly, make a knot on the side of the base and glue it to the solid pad
It would be good to glue the stand to a solid base so that the force of the magnets does not bend it
Added part full base, for better stability, so that it does not bend
I used supports on the handle of the mirror to make it print nicely
From the bottom of the tooth, I left a hole for the additional insertion of 10 mm magnets, if it is necessary to increase the strength of the pull
Due to strong magnets, the handle of the mirror begins to bend over time, it gets closer to the tooth.
You can help yourself by removing the mirror, soaking it in hot water - around 80-90 degrees and slowly bending it back
