This is a PrusaSlicer project with the settings from CNC Kitchen.

The Volumetric Flow starts at 7 mm³/s and goes up to 25 mm³/s in 1,5 mm³/s increments.

Default settings are for the Prusa MK4.

step by step

to individually adjust the Project for any printer. This assumes you have set up your Printer in PrusaSlicer beforehand.

  • Select your Printer in the top right drop-down menu, in the comparison window:
    • Discard the changes to the Printer Settings
    • Transfer the changes to the Print Settings
  • Adapt for different Filament
    • Change Nozzle and Bed temperature in the Filament Settings.
    • If you use a different Filament profile, make sure to set the maximum volumetric flow (advanced mode) in the Advanced tab to 10 mm³/s, otherwise the Flow-speeds won't match.
  • Adapt for different Nozzle size
    • In the Printer Settings go to Extruder 1 (or the one you use) and change the Nozzle size.

If you want other Flow-rates, feel free to contact me :)

2024-07-04: Added new .3mf-File with Flow from 15 - 39 mm³/s in 2 mm³/s increments upon request of @Pipo_1402964.

2023-08-11: I achieved 17,5 - 19 mm³/s flow on a MK4 with the standard brass 0.4 mm Nozzle, 215 °C for PLA. The Extruder started skipping at 20 mm³/s.

2023-06-26: Spiral Vase Mode is now enabled. Thanks to @trriurey_218028 for the comment.

2023-05-20: On a Tevo Tornado i achieved a maximum Flow of 16 mm³/s with PLA at 215 °C

2023-04-27: Since the MK4 kits haven't shipped yet, i have not tested it yet.
