Remixed George's excellent design to adjust the Y axis tensioners to align the 2 attachment screws vertically instead of horizontally. I went with the vertical alignment for 2 reasons:
1) The tensioner now spans the vertical and horizontal extrusions like the original tensioner bracket, which provides some corner bracing support
2) Gained a little bit of extra clearance on the Y extrusions for a little more Y travel. I have a MicroSwiss NG extruder, as well as an EZ-ABL mounted on my print head that sticks out too far, so needed to gain a little extra Y travel to preserve the original print area.
Print the parts according to the original instructions, replacing the left and right Y parts for these. The rest of the parts are the same → https://www.printables.com/model/312432-ender-5-pro-plus-belt-tensioner-x-and-y/files.
I printed it all solid in 3D Fuel Pro PLA and it seems to be strong enough, but time will tell if I will need to reprint in PETG or ABS.
