The dimensions of the model make it fit tightly but it can be put together by hand without tools. I used a layer height of 0.1 mm. I guess 0.2 would work also.

Updates:

1. Centering Hub of Spacer removed (because not necessary) to make the print more easy (2023-24-29).

2. Inner part of interference fit slightly changed to countersink the screw head respectively make it flush (2023-24-29).
