I wanted a 5015 blower part cooler that didn't restrict my view of the extrusion and gave easy access to both bowden connector, and nozzle, without needing to unmount it. Not a common thing apparently so I made this. Designed for the Ender-2 but will also fit CR-10. I ran it for 4 days solid with no problems, good part cooling and stringing control. Its ridged and weighs in at 37g (2 shells, 3 top/bottom) printed at 0.2mm. Uses existing mounting bolts for carriage and 40mm fan. Blower needs 20mm bolt and nut to secure. Has a slot for clamping hot-end wiring to shroud (zip tie).
Not a pretty design but it doesn't act like an air-paddle as it zips along the x-axis, and the entire cooler clears bed clips :)
Print carriage-side down to the bed. Use split supports inside the manifold for easier removal. Don't add supports inside the blower air channel.
