Plain - Just a smooth top part
D&D - Embossed D&D logo in the top part

Printing

I tested everything with just PLA
Only one top and bottom part are required
I recommend printing the top with the outside to the bottom

Assembly is pretty staightforward, top goes on the bottom. Optionally there are six holes for 5x2mm magnets to fit in and hold the box closed.
