75mm magnetic vacuum hose quick connector

Magnetic quick connect vacuum hoses (same or different sizes). 

Connection is 75mm internal diameter. Requires 12 10mmx3mm magnets. 12 magnets provides a strong connection that does not accidentally disconnect. 

Recommend alternating the magnets polarity. This allows for a simple twist to disconnect. It also means that any two connectors can connect.

All adapters have:

Magnetic connector end:

• 75mm internal diameter
• Positions for 12 magnets, 10x3mm in size (magnet recess is 10.5x4mm).
• 3mm material around the magnets.
• 7.5mm flange thickness

Hose end:

• Outer Diameter:
  Intended for the printed nozzle to go inside your existing hose.
  • Hose sizes: 1"- 4.5", 25mm-100mm
  • Sizes are for the inside of the hose (outside of the printed nozzle)
  • 3mm from small to large -1.5 to +1.5
  • Has a hose stop on the outside
  • 40mm long connector at each end
  • Wall thickness of 2mm
• Inner Diameter:
  Intended for the printed nozzle to go over your existing hose or nozzle.
  • Hose sizes: 1"- 4.5", 25mm-100mm
  • Sizes are for the outside of the hose (inside of the printed nozzle)

  • 2mm taper large to small +1 to -1
  • Wall thickness of 2mm

• Added internal diameter (ID) measurements for putting the adapter over a hose connector on a tool.
• Added short connector for ID, prevent it from bottoming out.
