I just downloaded PrusaSlicer 2.6.0 alpha 5. The organic support feature (tree in Cura) was one that I really wanted. We have slugs and snails that have a fondness for our flowering plants. As we don’t buy 2 liter bottles of soda, I designed some re-usable collars. The organic supports were just the thing. The small portions that went into the holes of the flanges broke free very easily. Those holes allow twist ties to be used in lieu of clothespins, etc. I'm anxious to see if the creatures can find their way over that expanded top of if I need to add a row of barbed wire to it! The collars go on at dusk and come off at morning coffee time so the PLA I used may just work outdoors. If not, PETG will be the next step.
It is printed upside down using a .6mm nozzle set at .4mm Draft Quality with 3 perimeters.
