This is an X-Acto blade holder modeled after the Fiskars fingertip craft knife holder. It allows you to push directly down on the rear of the blade, & gives you a great deal of control over where it goes.
V2 UPDATE - Man the old one sucked. This one is much better. Print as shown in the picture, then push a little bit of filament thru to hold the blade in place. (Make sure you don't trim the filament perfectly flush, so you can pull it out when you need to swap the blade.)

You'll need some needlenose to get the supports out from under the snap...or another X-Acto blade. Although that does seem to defeat the purpose...
