Print in PETG rather than PLA. When throwing this around and banging into things, the softness from PETG is less likely to break. 

Or print the file without wave in TPU. 

Print at any layer height. Set infill to 100%. Set seem location to random for increased strength. 

Add a brim if you are worried about bed adhesion. 

Throw it with spin “sidearm” for best results. Best to play in a grassy, or soft, area. Might break hitting it agains something hard!
