Spool holder Tina 2

Re-mix of Tina2 spool holder by https://www.thingiverse.com/doctor_voctor, to move it back to the rear of the printer so larger spools don't block the extruder.
I printed the original, but the filament always got blocked from loading into the extruder correctly because the spool blocked it. I only used used the screw holders section (cause I was too lazy to measure for my self) then erased the holder cylinder, and made a new one in OpenSCAD farther back and higher to help the spool clear the extruder better.
