Printed at .2mm layer height with Aurarum Petg.

28cm's of brush handle. Choose your own bristles! 

In this make I used black petg that has been gravity extruded from a .4mm nozzle, yet to experiment with other nozzle sizes.

Assembly

Add a drop of CA glue into holes. CA gel highly recomended!

Bristles can be arranged by sliding directly into hole but you might find it easier to use a Ferule as a guide.

Cut bristles to 10mm. Rub on emery paper to de bur the bristles.
