I purchased a 100g pocket scale to weigh filament samples and needed a way to extend the scale's plate to work with them. The cross tray expander sits on the top of the built in plate and positively indexes against the sides to prevent movement/weighing inconsistencies due to the placement.
The pocket scale I purchase is a fairly commonly found inexpensive scale branded under many random resellers, so this model will likely work with the pocket scale you have. If not, you can modify the source files as they are included here.
Print with a stiff filament (like PLA) in the orientation in the stl with no supports required. It should use less than 8 grams of filament, allowing you to use most of the 100g scale range.
If this helps you out, please post a make!
Cheers!
