Big Spool Roller for RepRack
Description
PDFBig Spool Roller and Filament Guide for RepRack with support for 180mm to 305mm diameter spools (Roughly 3.5kg spools)
No supports are needed for printing and I suggest using 3 perimeters for strength.
Printed Parts:
2x Side A
2x Side B
4x U-Lock-Block
1x Filament Guide
Not Printed:
- 12x Plastite Screws (Same as used for RepRack)
- 4x 608 Bearings
- PTFE coupler large enough for passthrough
Use 1x U-Lock-Block to affix the rollers to the RepRack by sliding the piece between the roller assembly. Use 2x U-Lock-Block with 1 on each side of the filament holder to secure it to the RepRack (Note: only 2 of the screw holes are used and are offset is using 2 Blocks, see photo)
