Magnetic Organizer

Mix and match your own combinations of trays and boxes of different sizes.

Parts of one organiser:

• shell (vase mode)
• insert (vase mode)
• opaque layer
• magnet holder
• 5mm (or smaller) neodym sphere magnets (square: 8 magnets; rectangular: 12 magnets) - Need another size? Just ask!

Print instructions:

• layer height: 0.2-0.3mm
• shell
  • vase mode
  • wall thickness (external perimeter/outer wall): 0.8mm
  • bottom layers: 2-3 (0.6mm thickness)
• insert:
  • vase mode
  • wall thickness (external perimeter/outer wall): 0.8mm
  • bottom layers: 2-3 (0.6mm thickness)
• magnet holder:
  • print normally
• opaque layer (makes sure the magnet holder doesn't shine through the bottom):
  • print normally
• you can glue all parts together (not absolutely necessary if it fits together tightly) but don't glue the magnets themselves!

If you're unsure about whether the insert will fit properly: Print the test files in vase mode with an external perimeter/outer wall of 0.8mm. Check the tightness of the insert. If it's too tight, reduce perimeter/wall size of the shell until it fits your needs..
