Imperial dimensions:

Overall box dimensions: 5.5" Long x 4" wide x 1.5" high

The 5 box slots dimensions: 3.75" long x 1" wide x 13/16" deep.

Hardware: 

Each hinge accepts one m3*22 length machine screw. The hinge hole diameters are 3mm so you don't need to tap the hinge holes. Just take your time and screw the machine screws in by hand.

Printing instructions:

The bottom and top were printed separately with the flat faces oriented on the printer bed. I used Purple Prusament PLA and printed the first layer at 80% speed on a Prusa i3mk3 to help with the first layer adhesion. Print each file separately, put them together, and enjoy!

Notes: 

This is iteration #1. The top lid stays closed but can be further improved by adding front latches.
