I have created this nozzle for the outside side of an air hose that I use to blow my vent heat and fumes outside. This nozzle gives the air a bit of an increase in speed so it kinda throws the air further from the window. Best way to describe it is to compare it with a jet nozzle as seen in HVAC systems.
It is suitable for a 4in / 100mm AC spiral flexible duct but could probably work with PVC pipes just as well. I used aluminum duct tape as fixture but metal clamps would work as well.
It combines nicely with this flange for the other side of the hose.
Printed without supports but with a brim. In contrast of what may seem logical I have printed this upside down because of the small contact area of the bottom ring (I had included a bit of a chamfer so the hose would fit better). Printed in PETG and with a small increase in perimeter speeds (inner and outer).
No supports needed.
