My mom saw a cool hair styling tool and wanted one, but it was $75! So I made a version that's printable.
The tool helps to direct and lift curly hair for styling.
The top screws into the handle using a modeled-in M22 thread. It should already have enough clearance without size adjustment, but if you can't get it to fit, try printing at 95% size.
I used the fuzzy skin modifier in my slicer to give it a little bit of grip both in the handle and on the prongs of the top piece.
The full printed version might not hold up to the heat of a hair dryer unless you use a high temperature-resistant plastic (ABS, ASA, etc.), so I also included one with holes in it for you to glue some rods in. I haven't used it, but I think wooden dowels would work. The holes are 4mm, so find something slightly smaller to account for tolerances.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
