Better shaped and fitting lcd screen cover than my previous one.

Updated: 9 Aug 2023 - Added a frame with an SD card slot
Shaped better, cover fills the full face, hinge point moved back and changed the retaining bumps.
Use a piece of filament as a hinge pin to connect the flap to the frame.
