Bambu Nozzle Wiper - Various Heights - Custom-Built, Easy to Remove Supports

A Bambu nozzle wiper I created after being unhappy with other offerings that were not easily printable. These are offered in increments of 0.5mm height from standard height to 3mm shorter. I've found that the 2.5mm shorter works best for a modified hotend with Bondtech nozzle.

The alignment pins have pre-made supports that easily snap off. If any material remains on the pins, just trim it with some cutters.

These MUST be printed in a flexible filament. In my case, I used Atomic PETG.

Print settings used are as follows:

• 0.4 Nozzle
• 0.16 Layers
• 4 Perimeters
• Concentric Top and Bottom Surface Pattern
• High PETG Temp for Adhesion

The standard screw should fit from the factor nozzle wiper.

UPDATE 2023-07:

Finally had my print of this fail after a few months of use and made a few changes to bulk up the spring material thickness and change where the flexible joint connects to the top of the wiper to prevent a twisting motion from the nozzle wiping routine. Also added a small fillet to the portions of the part experiencing the most stress.

Also redesigned the custom supports to print and remove easier.
