JT16 TX outlet holder

After an upgrade of Jumper T16 with internal multiprotocol module I figured out that antenna mount on top cover is pretty weak, it let the outlet to rotate when you turn an antenna, so the holder is designed to fix the problem, put it on the top cover on top of connector hole between screw stands and push the SMA connector into it.
