Wooden train barrier compatible to IKEA set

Wooden train barrier.

Designed to be compatible to IKEA wooden train set.

You have 2 versions of barrier base:

1. Barrier simple base with hand - only stick moving up and down. In my opinion this model is more practical and more interesting to play with it =). Model include built in supports and can be printed as is.
2. Barrier rotating base - in addition stick can be moved on 360 degrees around the base.

Don't forget that you can mirror base to be barrier on other side.

Barrier stick printed with 2 pauses to change the filament: Red -> White-> Red.

Notes:

If you want to print stick with several colors as I did this is the instruction:

Start to print with red filament.

First layer is red:0-0.2 mm

Pause print and change filament to white.

Layers 0.2 - 4.2 mm is white

Pause print and change filament back to red.

Layers after 4.2 mm till end is red

For 0.2 resolution:

1. Start with red
2. On height 0.4 mm is second layer change to white
3. On height 4.4 mm change back to red

Post-Printing

After printing one of bases and stick connect all together with filament piece and cut it from both sides.

Note:

1. Clear well hole stick before. The piece of filament have to move free there.
2. Don't clear well barrier base holes the piece of filament have to stuck there.
3. Be attentive and put stick in correct direction in the rotating base.
