G502 larger aim button + replacement

Models

These models are for the G502 Proteus Spectrum (model from 2017). There are many revisions of the G502 mouse that are very similar in design, so there's no guarantee that this model will be compatible with your G502 mouse.

Replacement button that is larger than the original one, and easier to reach with the tip of the thumb. The model is in two parts, you must use the split to parts button to print them separately.

Requirements:

• A small screw:
  • diameter with thread: 2.5mm
  • threaded length: 6mm
  • head diameter: 5mm
• A wire / rod / thing with a diameter of 1.5mm

Print with:

• 0.10 mm layer height
• Good amount of supports (Z tolerances are tight)
• PETG for better flexibility, but PLA is fine
• External perimeters first

Post process:

• You may need to file the middle section to reduce the force needed to bend and press the button
