BOB Stroller Pepper Spray Mounts

An adapter to mount the Compact Red Sabre Pepper Spray directly to the handle of double and single BOB strollers.

My wife carries this pepper spray, however it often gets placed in a zippered pocket so that it doesn't fall out any of the catchall pockets on the BOB strollers & their caddies. This adapter secures the personal defense tool while making it easily accessible should she need to use it.

You can orient the spray to be pushed or pulled out, depending where on the large handlebar you mount the spray. 

Versions

There are a few variations included:

• v1 
  • Uses a passive design with no additional hardware.
• v2 
  • Uses a captive 3mm nut & an M3 x 8mm bolt for active tension.
• v2b
  • Offsets the mount to the side of the adapter, rather than the top.
• v3 
  • Moves mount of V2b from horizontal to vertical orientation.
• v3b
  • Removes the square under the vertical mount, but will require supports for the bottom of the mount as well.
  • Increases adapter height to achieve size symmetry with mount.

I printed in PETG with tree supports as pass through holes like this have been sagging with my current PETG profile, however Support are most likely not necessary with the right slicer settings.

V3

This will require supports. The clamp can lay flat on the bed, but with mount now vertical, the top of the mount requires supports for the arch to be successful.
