This model just contains additional height modifiers (and a scaled Z axis to height 60 mm) in 4 mm steps (15 steps total) to allow testing a lot of flow rates. To use, chose a layer width and layer height (I have a 0.6 mm nozzle, so I chose 0.6 mm width and 0.3 mm height), then decide on your flow rate steps (e.g. I did 2 mm^3/s steps from 2 to 30 mm^3/s) and calculate the speed required to reach the flow rate according to this formula:
print speed = flow rate / (layer width x layer height)
In other words:
Flow rate = print speed x layer width x layer height
