Playing Card Storage Box - One or Two Decks; Single or Double

Needed a hard case for playing cards that would protect cards from damage better than the cardboard box that cards are stored in.

Prints with NO SUPPORT and the lid easily snaps on the box in PLA. Let me know if you try other materials. Walls are 1.6 mm thick which feels strong enough to me in PLA, can be changed using the CAD model in Fusion 360.

Fusion 360 CAD files and STEP files included, parameterized to adjust sizes. Increasing the height by a large amount in one step will cause errors, if you run into this, undo and try increasing the parameter by half as much, twice. This issue is caused by dual solution constraints in the parameter based model.

If you need a odd size and are not setup to regenerate with Fusion 360 drop a comment and I can add some other sizes. The inside height has to be 14mm or greater to allow the hinge geometry unless you want to start fiddling with hinge pin sizes and such.
