Honestly this remix of this design is way better than mine original. https://www.printables.com/model/659216-gridfinity-tweezer-box-angled-entry
Rest your tweezers with style.
Yeah, by Zack Freedman - gridfinity.xyz. Box has 0,5 mm clearence in width and length. And is 2 by 4 in size.
I tried a lot of ways on how to mitigate lifting corners. Proper z-height is no brainer. I find it helps to clean printing bed with acetone after every other print. And then with izopropyl.
However what helps is to cover the magnet holes at the corner bases. So if you want them, just cut the 0,2mm layer at the bottom. They are under there, trust me.
Holder takes 10 tweezers. If they have caps, they fit nicely and can slide around a bit. Without caps, they are snug. There is spacer in the middle, so if you need to take tweezers out, just push them on the pointy side and handle side will pop-out. Curvy tweezers have tendency to raise, but you can put another gridfinity thingy on top without a problem. They just swing on the spacer.
I had sucess without infill, 0,6mm nozzle and 0,3mm layer height for faster printing. Smaller nozzle works as well.
But you do you. Rockstar.
The author remixed this model.
I used it as a base to add Tweezer blanks.
