This 3D model is a coffee cup holder that attaches to a stroller, making it a must-have for parents who enjoy a hot drink while on the go. The holder includes several parts that can be 3D printed and assembled with the help of some hardware, such as ball bearings and screws.
Required files for printing (all STL files in mm):
Requires some hardware:
The central ring of the holder is slightly conical, just like most coffee cups. To ensure the gyroscopic function works optimally, it's recommended to use it the 'correct' way around. The holder is designed to reduce drink spillage by keeping the cup level at all times.
If there is interest, I can upload different diameter central rings to accommodate different cup sizes.
Note that some files may need to be re-oriented before printing, but no supports are needed except for the V23_Outer Half-Ring, which benefits from having some supports around the region that attaches to the adaptor.
Update1 (7 May 2023): Added a larger diameter inner ring (V23_InnerRing78mm) and two ‘Test-Objects’ (ID76.0mm_TestPrint.stl & ID78.0mm_TestPrint.stl) to determine the correct diameter for your coffee cup. They will print quite quickly. Make sure the centre of mass is as low as possible for the coffee holder to work well. I can add more diameters. Please leave a comment.
Update2 (23 Jan 2024): Added .obj file of the 76mm ring. Moreover, 3 different diameter clamps for straight rods added (20mm, 25mm and 30mm diameter). 25mm version also has .obj file.
