These are some handy versions of Sy's Peglock template plate that make remixing easier and more flexible. I derived it from their original .stl so hopefully I got all the features correct. Same print instructions: 3 perimeters and ≤0.3 mm layers. In addition, you can find an onshape document with the parts here if you would like to modify further. Files are as follows:
- Version of Sy's Template Plate but without external chamfers for more flexible interfacing with new remixes.
- The “internal volume” of the template plate where the pegboard piece slides into the plate. This is meant to be imported into your CAD model (I used onshape) and used to subtract away the shape needed for for hooking onto the board attachment piece. Basically you can design a new piece you'd like to hang on your pegboard, and then at the very end, use this model to “cut” the right shape so it snaps into the pegboard attachment.
- Short version of number 1 in case you want to make shorter parts with less filament. It likely won't lock in as securely without the upper volume, but that's not always important depending on what you're using it for.
I have included some of the parts as .step and .iges for flexibility.
