Y-axis belt tensioner with increased belt clearance

I printed Yaron's belt tensioner but found that the bottom of the belt was rubbing on the lever. I remodelled this part and moved the yoke of the lever closer to the adjusting screw and added a chamfer to the top edge. All other features/parts have remained the same
