Fokoos Odin 5 Fan Shroud with relocated BL Touch mount point

This remixed fan shroud adds mounting holes on the left side of the shroud for mounting a BL Touch closer to the print head. The mounting holes are spaced to use the Ender 3 MAX bracket supplied with the BL Touch. There are three holes to allow some adjustment of how far up or down the probe is relative to the end of the nozzle.
