Voron V0 Hinged Handles

I was looking for a good set of handles to add to my Voron V0.2 and didn't find any that I liked. Specifically, due to the new tophat design of V0.2, most options didn't allow for enough room to get my fingers around the handles.

These handles are on a hinge allowing them to lay flat when not needed but can easily be used to carry the printer.

Note: The hinge is designed to print in a vertical orientation to alleviate the need for supports and to maximize strength of the joint.
