Adapter Plate Solar Charge Controller Challenger Chausson Campervan

An adapter plate for the solar charge controller in Challenger or Chausson brand campervans (panel vans). Vany V114, V594, V210, V217, V690, V697 etc.

After our charge controller breathed its last and the trip to the warranty repair would have exceeded the value of this cheap PWM controller, I wanted to install a decent MPPT charge controller on my own.

But in order not to drill additional holes in the process, I wanted to use the drill holes of the old charge controller. That's what this adapter plate is for.

With this adapter, a Victron charge controller can be mounted in the place where the old charge controller was previously placed from the factory.

All that is needed are fusible nuts and suitable screws for the new charge controller. In my case, that was 4 pieces of M4 plus matching screws.

Printed in PETG with 20% infill. Would suggest to use PETG because of possible high temps inside in summer time.
