8mm Rod Positioning Clip with Friction Adjustment for Springy Spool Hubs

This is a remix to add some friction adjustment to the 8mm rod positioning clip. I printed the 608 bearing Springy Spool Hubs and realized there is such a thing as too little friction! So this is a way to rectify that. 

This is desgned to work directly with the Springy Spool Hubs (rubbing against its outer wall), but may work for other spool-hole filament holders.

Use 2 per spool. Secure the clip to the 8mm rod with an M2 screw at the distance where you like how the spool spins (closer for less spin, further away for more)
