I designed an open source gameboy cart shell that lets you put full sized stickers made from gameboy box art onto the carts shell. This version is to be used with repro carts from aliexpress, Most are the same and looks something like in the photos. The front of the 3d printed shell will fit the injection moulded back of a repro cart.
To make a sticker all you need to do is find the box art for the game and crop the “Gameboy” strip off the left hand side of the art. Next resize the cropped art to be 44mm wide with locked scaling on, This should give the sticker a height of 55.5mm or there about. You can unlock the scaling and bump it up or down to 55.5mm. The corners are 4mm radius.
You can ether use the tri-wing screw that comes with the repro or use a Gamebit screw 3.8mm.
Doesn't need support
