This project came about because I tried to create a lightweight and easily serviceable head "similar" to the Vzbot head.
I spent about 300 hours to create this head. Printed parts weight about 50g.
Now only compatible with NF-Crazy Clone, I plan to support more hotends in the future if requested or remix the bot.stp!
But its only compatible with the Sherpa Micro!!!
The fan duct coming from Poison head when its was free to download but it doesn't fit well so a made a little remix.
Its recommend to print TOP/BOT parts from carbon fiber nylon filament or other strong material.

Print settings 3-4 walls 30-35% infills 3top/bot.

Materials:
M3 heat inserts 10pcs
M3 different length screws (Sorry i didnt measured them) 6mm-36mm
Super glow for bot and bracket2
Teflon tube

Assembly:
TOP: Carefully insert 4xM3 heat inserts into the columns, dont push beyond them 3mm.
and insert 4 to the top surface and 1 for the 5010 fan.
BOT: insert two 2xM3 heat inserts for the 3010 fan bracket.
Insert 2xM3 heat inserts to the tensioner block.
After glue the fan bracket as shown on the second picture.
Top and Bot assembly, first screw down the top to mgn carriage with 6mm screws, after get a tensioner to align the BOT and TOP distance shown on pic 3, set 4 corners to same distance  with screws, shorter need about 24-26mm longer 32-34mm and you are done!
Other assembly is easy!

Belt installation process, first insert the belts into the tensioners, insert the tensioners to the main body with screws than longer then then the tensioner. After lace the the belts into the system and tight them hard with the belt locks.

UPDATE(2023-04-24)
I've added X axis mgn endstop extender use 8-10mm M2 screw
