I loved the sheet holder design from Elod_HU, but I needed space for four sheets, and my garolite sheet wouldn’t fit in the original model’s 1.5mm slots. So I recreated his design in OpenSCAD to allow for easy customization. With a few tiny edits, you can quickly change:
Want a single sheet holder for your mini? We can do it. Want a three-sheet holder for your MK4 sheets? Easy. Do you want a nine sheet holder for your Bamboo X1? Why not!
The example prints in my photos fit four MK3/MK4 sheets, each 2mm thick. The screw holes are for a #6 pan head wood screw. But remember, it’s easy to size this to your preferences. Pro-tip: A cheap $10 set of calipers will make getting the sizes correct *much* easier, and will serve you for years to come.
I print in PETG, but the model should work in just about any filament. I’ve printed with various nozzles and layer heights, and anything reasonable seems to work.
If you decide to remix this, I tried to make the .scad file self-explanatory, but the “exploded view” image I included may make it easier to understand what’s going on.
Enjoy, and I’d love to see your makes!
