Yet another grippy… but this one's kinda nice. ;)
I printed with Siraya Blu on a Sonic Mini 4k printer, using Siraya recommended settings (4.5sec exposure, etc). The holes for standard brass threaded inserts are exact size. Inserts press in with a little bit of force. In my case no glue was needed to secure them. If your grips do start to slip on the inserts, you might a small amount of UV resin or epoxy to secure them in place.
I designed the M4 version to fit a TX16s shaft, with an M4 nut underneath. With the jam nut installed, the grip can still be lowered so the top if the grip just clears the tx shaft (I like my sticks low). You can raise them with the jam nut if needed.
The M3 version is the same, but with a hole sized for M3 inserts. Without a jam nut, they fit my son's Jumper T-pro in a similar lowered position. If you prefer low sticks on this tx, leave off the jam nut. It stays secure enough IMHO.
Keep 'em rippin'!
